Success Stories XSpotter as a solution to check the service levels delivered (Service Level Management)

In order to achieve project targets, XSpotter software was used, which correlates functional technological indicators and quality indicators concerning service management procedures (organizational issues).
To complete of the XSpotter capability, a data entry module from a Trouble-Ticketing and WorkFlow Management software solution was implemented, so as to obtain information on the logical status of services, in particular as regards the operation status perceived by Customers.
Finally, by applying advanced correlation methods between the logical and physical status of service components, an objective service evaluation index was applied.
Thanks to XECH work, the outsourcing service provider can currently be informed of the service levels delivered and of differences from SLA and provide this information to end-customers at any time.
